  expenses Some funders dont want this but will
  be ready to give you more on request
• World Bank does not allow you to cost for
  honorarium
• Some funders allow you to take salaries while you
  are off from your place of work
• There may be need for justification for a
  particular item e.g. refurbishing a spoilt
  equipment instead of buying a new one, some
  travels e.g. abroad
