of the BS industry) and a mentee (the
student) to help students know about the BS
industry, pursue their career development and
develop their professional responsibility.

Regular and consistent contacts may be about
once every two months.

Some suggestions to mentors
Mentorship

• May invite mentees to visit the mentors company
  and know about the companys business
• May show some examples of project work to the
  mentees
• May invite mentees to participate in the mentors
  company function
• May show, e.g. a real case of project dispute,
  and challenge the mentees how it can be handled
• etc.
