Title: Off Your Hands

1
Off Your Hands
  • A Bag Delivery Service

2
Vision Statement
  • As I walked through New York City with my sister
and she complained about the shopping bags she
was carrying an idea popped into my hand a
company that takes care of the baggage for the
    shopper.
  • In the short term, I would like to open stations
in the New York City shopping areas, but if
successful I would like to spread the idea to
other popular cities and shopping areas.

3
Goal and Objective
  • Goal- Create a company that would revolutionize
the shopping experience in New York the company
would eventually be widely known and used by all
  • Objective- Make deliveries of the shoppers
baggage and whatever else they want shipped to
either a local location or a long distance
    destination.

4
Current Situation
  • If the company was started it would be the only
of its kind and therefore have no competition it
most likely would be very successful and
prosperous if the company was run and set up
    correctly.

5
Revenue Model
  • The company would make its money from the service
fee charged to the consumer. There is no product,
but rather a service. You would have to make sure
the luggage got to where it is supposed to go
    safely and in its entirety.
  • There would obviously be the expenses of the
delivery cars or long distance delivery, but the
service charge would allow for some money to be
    made.

6
Summary
  • The business would be the first of its kind.
  • It would be a baggage delivery service for
shoppers in the New York City area.
  • It would take a lot of start up money, but should
become very successful with no competition to
    take away customers.
