OUR VISION

than any program in the country!

6
OUR MISSION
  • Titan football is a FAMILY working AS ONE to
maximize CHARACTER, INTEGRITY, and the PERSONAL
    DEVELOPMENT of EVERY member

7
FAMILY
  • A second family, a support system for you and
your son. A set of eyes, a voice, an encourager,
and a disciplinarian to help your son succeed in
the game of life. You must trust us with
    influencing your son.

8
You always protect and honor your family!
  • The FAMILY is first.
  • Say the right thing
  • Do the right thing
  • Make good choices and decisions
  • Remind them that they represent their FAMILY
    everywhere they go.

9
AS ONE
  • Football is the greatest TEAM game that there is.
It takes an entire program pulling in the same
direction to be successful. I will ask your and
your son to sacrifice for the sake of the
program, for their teammates and to serve our
school and community. A true family takes great
joy in the success of any member!

10
Character and Integrity
  • Who are you when no one is watching?
  • Can I trust you to do and say the right thing?
  • Can I trust you when things are not going your
    way?
  • Are you a MAN of your word?

11
Personal Development
  • I cannot guarantee your son will be a starter or
even play significantly. I can guarantee that
after four years in our program he will be a
    better student, person and athlete.

12
Communication
  • I will answer any and all calls or emails
regarding the academic and social welfare of you
    son.
  • I will not discuss playing time, football
    strategy, or another player
  • CHAIN OF COMMAND- Son needs to advocate for
    himself
  • 1. I demand that my coaches keep your son
informed on what he needs to do to improve. If
he is not sure he can schedule a meeting with his
    position coach.
  • 2. If he does not feel like he has a clear
understanding of what he needs to do then he can
meet with his position coach and myself.

13
Summer Calendar / Expectations
  • Want our players to be involved in other positive
    activities
  • Realize there will be conflicts.
  • Never penalized for church outings, family trips
or other sporting events during summer
    (communicate)
  • We evaluate and improve every day and your son
will be a better player if he is here.
