  • Perform the dot drill correctly at the beginning
    of each class

  • Complete the stretch routine, learn the names and
    order of the stretches
  • Perform the form runs/drills correctly
  • Complete their workouts
  • Clean up workout area
  • Fill-out their workout sheets correctly and
    completely

  • Have power lessons during the week which they
    will be tested on
  • These power lessons will include information
    relating to weight lifting, body composition,
    flexibility, etc.

  • Everyday students will be doing something
    physically demanding or active
  • Participation is required to pass this class

Grading
  • Participation 60-effort is required
  • Tests/Quizzes 20-attention to detail,
    information covered and used weekly
  • Workout Folder 20-will be checked and graded for
    accurate record keeping

Daily Grading
  • Points for changing clothes and participating
    10pts.
  • -5 pts for not changing clothes, but still
    participating with sneakers
  • -5 for being late to the locker room or dot drill
