911 dispatch center, and actively participate in
a mock training exercise.

- Must be 18 yrs of age
- Must live or work in the jurisdiction offering
the program - Must be willing to submit to a criminal
background check - For College Station Citizens University must
not be running for elected office during the
course - All courses are free if accepted
