Compact Din Rail Mount System DIN rail designed
to be built directly into a behind the panel
(BTP) machine control system that easily expands
via simply snapping in additional modules
(allowing up to 32 PID control loops to be
connected to a single BCM) onto the rail.
100 ms Sample Times Fast scan rates for highly
dynamic and real-time process control.
Standard Hot-Swap Configuration Pull out
defective loop control without having to turn off
system power BCM automatically reconfigures
replacement LCM requiring no operator
intervention and virtually no downtime between
repairs.

Inputs Improved sensor management can detect when
process sensor input (e.g. thermocouple, RTD,
etc) has broken. MLC9000 can be re-programmed
to turn off or go to a preset power or average
power value to prevent process runaway under
fault conditions and to implement required safety
procedures.
Outputs New 3-Loop Heater Break Alarm feature
works similar to an amp meter by immediately
alerting the machine operator to a fault in the
heater load. Detects short circuits, low or over
current as they occur to prevent production
problems and ensure superior control and product
quality.
Windows PC Configuration Promotes centralized
programming and point to click setup of the MLC
system e.g. cloning of PID loops. Drag and drop
configurable user data assemblies eliminate need
for complicated ladder logic programming
knowledge prewritten routines also available to
further simplify system setup.
