• Telephone interviews

• 70 items, covering all 6 Target Areas

• Approximately ?400 adults per quarter

• Clearwater Research, Boise, Idaho collects,
  reports to NYSDOH quarterly

• NYSDOH summarizes for us quarterly, also provides
  data set

• We can analyze trends and partition to identify
  relationships

• Currently 4 years (5/04-4/08) reported to us
