  • It is an implied power of the constitution and
    carries the same weight as a law. They come in
    the form of an executive order.Japanese

  • The president needs people to help him out.
    Article II section 2 allows him to appoint
    individuals to various positions

  • The president is given the expressed power to
    remove individuals from appointed positions for
    gross negligence.
  • This has been a major source of contention
    between the congress and the president.
  • The SC has said the presidents power removal
    power can be limited basically the pres can fire
    anyone he appoints
