  interference
• -No case of abandoned projects throughout the
  5years
• -Entrenchment of ownership
• -No act of vandalism or theft
• Great Community response rate beyond expectation

  government regular contract prices
• Even geographical spread of projects across all
  the Senatorial Districts and LGAs
