  they wish to do or how they wish to do it.
• We teach the technology but it is the faculty
  members responsibility to figure out how the
  technology fits their goals.

Pedagogy what is it and how much do you need
to know to support faculty?

• If we are not actively participating in how and
  WHY technology is being used for learning
  outcomes, we are providing access to the
  technology, and teaching people how to use
  technology out of context.
