19Optimizing the parent-child relationship
- In order to understand their children, the
parents - have to know them very well,
- listen when they speak,
- feel them,
- respect them
- offer them attention, time and lots of love.
20Optimizing the parent-child relationship
- At the same time, its important that each
parent considers their child the best and most
wonderful one in the world, but this image must
not be transmitted to the child in a wrong
manner, in order to avoid the development of the
sufficiency symptom.
21Optimizing the parent-child relationship
- Through monthly meetings, the parents will be
able to gain a more objective outlook on their
children, to notice and appreciate the good
parts, but also to identify the aspects that can
be improved. Thus, parents will help their
