- Does not have a physical address
- Submitter does not know physical address and uses
P.O. box - Started using Data Management Center
- From a few minutes to several days to issue number

- Complex to register certain premises
- Sheep continued to graze in old grain fields,
fallow land, and harvested melon fields in Fresno
County. Recent NASS Livestock Report - Data only flows one direction - from CPRS to
National Repository - Premises numbers being issued via
- EMRS (FADs emergencies)
- Public land conversion?
- Systems dont collect same information as CPRS
