• How do we extend the pie and make it bigger by
  having creative solutions?
• How do we go beyond the positions and examine
  the real interests of the parties in conflict?
• How do we have difficult conversations?
• Break a conflict into smaller pieces and tackle
  each piece in a constructive way.
• Put ourselves in other peoples shoes and see the
  world from their point of view.
• Use different tools for different conflicts or
  problems.
