The Scenario
  • Signing the Kyoto Protocol will affect the whole
    country, particularly our province. Now there is
    a huge debate on the issue amongst three groups
    representatives from oil gas companies (against
    signing the protocol), the government
    (undecided), and scientists/environmentalists
    (support signing the protocol).
