6Next, click complete your Tags. Tags describe
your professional and personal qualities and
match you with others in your community. The more
words you select, the better the quality of your
matches. To select a tag, click it or drag it
to the appropriate box. You must select at least
one tag per list. For optimum results, select
several words from each category. You are allowed
up to ten tags per column. Note If you do not
select any tags you will not be able to be
located or matched to others.
Place the most important tags at the top of their
boxes. A percentage value displays which
indicates the importance of each word. Higher
values indicate greater significance. Drag tags
to arrange them in the box. To remove a tag from
your box, drag it back down to its list.
7Next, Provide more detailed information about
yourself. For Talk to Me About, enter three
words or phrases in the textboxes that tell your
matches more about you. These three entries will
appear at the bottom of your introCard.
Use the pull-down menus and text boxes to add
additional information. To access all the menus,
use the scroll bars on the right.
8Complete by adding photos, files, website links,
and video with other users. Be creative, but
remember that this information will be viewed by
the TIA Connect community.
When you are done, click Finished to see your
matches in Pin View. Click Previous if you want

14Join Forums to discuss topics and post comments
with other users in the TIA Connect community.
You can communicate with all users, not only your
matches. The forums use threaded discussions with
posts on the same topic grouped together for
review and discussion. Because the posts are
organized chronologically (earliest to latest),
you can easily follow the threaded discussion.
TIA will define the topics. You are welcome to
post comments.
