Statutory Charter of OHFB

• The intent of the Healthy Oregon Act is to
  develop acomprehensive plan, based upon the
  principlesof thisAct, that meets thegoals of
  the program.
• The Board shall develop a comprehensive plan to
  achieve the Oregon Health Fund program goals.
