• How do I get started?
• Accessing the Retail Forward Intelligence System
  and Retail Forward KnowledgeBase requires a User
  ID and Password. To activate your membership,
  contact Maybelle Trocio-Ball (mtrocioball_at_retailfo
  rward.com).
• Go to www.retailforward.com.
• From the home page, click on the Retail Forward
  KnowledgeBase orange navigation box or click on
  the Access Member Content link in the upper
  right corner.
• Click on the Click here to login to the
  KnowledgeBase (under the Retail Forward
  KnowledgeBase header).
• Enter your User ID and Password and click on the
  Login button. Check the Remember Login box if
  you want your login information saved for future
  visits.
• You are now logged in to the Retail Forward
  Intelligence System and Retail Forward
  KnowledgeBase.
• How do I access program content?
• Once logged in, click on any of the program links
  in the left orange navigation bar under Reports
  from the Retail Forward Intelligence System to
  access Industry Outlooks, Shopper Updates,
  Economic Forecasts and Retail Perspectives.
  Double-click on the program link to view archived
  reports.
• You can also access other valuable Retail Forward
  Intelligence System content included in your
  membershipRetail Update newsletters, Special
  Reports, Strategic Outlook Conference
  presentations, Webinars and Audio Forumsfrom the
  links in the left orange navigation bar.

  KnowledgeBase?
• Once logged in, you will have access to Retail
  Forward KnowledgeBase content including
• Company Profiles (on Company Pages only)
• Retail Performance Database
• Financial Reports
• Key People (on Company Pages only)
• Photos
• Latest Retail News
• You can also access Retail Forward Intelligence
  System content including Retail Perspectives,
  Shopper Updates and Outlook Reports associated
  with the company, channel or category featured on
  a specific page.
• Where do I find company, channel or category
  information?
• Click on the Company, Channel or Category drop
  down menus for a full listing of Food Drug Mass,
  Softgoods, and Homegoods retailers, channels and
  categories covered. For quick access to company,
  category or channel pages follow the
  KnowledgeBase views in the orange left
  navigation bar.

How do I access more content? Click on the
"More" links in the headers of content areas for
an expanded list of content. How do I know what
my membership includes? Retail Forward
Intelligence System content included in your
membership is indicated by the presence of a
green bar adjacent to the content listed. A red
bar indicates you do not have access to that
content. Retail Forward KnowledgeBase content
listed with a lock icon is not included in your
membership. You may access previews only of
content not included in your membership. (Note
If you are not logged in, you will not be able to
access content that is included in your
membership.) What if I can't find what I'm
looking for? Use Search KnowledgeBase to find
company, channel, category or country data by
content type and topic. How do I stay
up-to-date? You
will receive a weekly e-mail Member Alert each
Tuesday highlighting new reports and upcoming
member events and initiatives. Questions?
