• When prompted, enter your first name and last
  name (e.g., Joseph Doe).
• In the lower box, enter fe, then the ID number
  on your Ferrum identification card, including all
  the zeroes, but excluding the last digit (e.g.,
  card 0000432222 would be entered as
  fe000043222).
