- Recommended by RDC 7 for inclusion in the JBIC
26th YLP - Advance engineering of the project has been
completed and is now being reviewed by DOTC - Needed for the medium and long-term requirements
of tourism and agro-industrial development, since
Tagbilaran Airport can no longer be expanded due
to its location

- Coverage is 100 km from Calape highway to

Phase III (BCRIP III - Project Background
- Remaining sections from Garcia-Hernandez to
Alburquerque and the proposed Tagbilaran by-pass
