7Summary
- Development and application of wide-field imaging
techniques. - Blind survey of starburst galaxies - detect
supernova remnants and HII regions. Study ionised
interstellar medium, supernova rate and star
formation rate. - Targeted imaging of radio galaxy jet-cloud
interactions to reduce observational
uncertainties from Synchrotron Self-Compton (SSC)
emission models - Unbiased wide-field survey. My research has
resulted in the widest and highest resolution
images to date. - My research is testing techniques that will be
critical for the success of LOFAR, extended
LOFAR, NTD and xNTD and the SKA.
