    proceeds from the sale of the Lanier Farm.

  • Capital improvements are needed to prepare for
    support future growth,
  • Authorization of the formation of a Capital
    Campaign Committee by the Lay Leadership
    Committee to raise funds for these improvements,

  • Authorization of the Building Committee to
    develop preliminary plans for renovations subject
    to final approval by a Church Conference.
