• Enter the water and swim to starting line

Start Procedure

• Athletes behind starting line
• The start will be given at
• - 1130 am Women
• - 1500 am Men
• Gun shot and flag, the race starts

• Run to transition area
• Take cap, goggles, and wetsuit to transition area

• Neutral zone at the finish
• Coaches can request a badge at the registration
  office to enter the area. No one will be admitted
  without badge. (max 1 /country)
