• Target audience Health care providers (MD, RN,

• Solicit feedback and gauge overall clinical IT
  satisfaction
• Survey available for approximately 5 Weeks. Over
  80 responses.
• Goal Use results to prioritize projects and
  resources for 2004 and 2005
