Charge of the SICC
  • November 19, 2004
  • The Governors State Interagency Coordinating
    Council for Handicapped Infants and Toddlers
    (SICC) voted to enter into a redesign of Early On
    The charge to the state interagency team was to
    develop a process for the redesign efforts.
  • February 18, 2005
  • The SICC voted to adopt the proposed process,
    marking the beginning of the redesign effort.

Redesign Process
  • The process that is being used to redesign Early
    On is drawn from the book The Price of
    Government Getting the Results We Need in an Age
    of Permanent Fiscal Crisis, by David Osborne and
    Peter Hutchinson.

    negative, that impact Early On.
