A TECHNOLOGY CREATED FOR SPACE . . .
. . . IS NOW AVAILABLE ON EARTH
Half of the worlds energy is lost to friction
with an estimated 250 billion dollars of that
loss suffered in the U.S. alone

How Does It Work?
5
Step 1 Boric Acid is Introduced
6
Step 2 Interaction between Boric Acid, moisture,
air the metallic substrate forms a Metallic
Boroxide coating.
7
Step 3Boric Acid chemically combines with
substrate to form a metallic boroxide coating
layer of crystalline Boric Acid platelets that
together prevent metal-to-metal contact.
METALLIC SUBSTRATE
METALLIC SUBSTRATE
8
Step 4Interaction between Metallic Boroxide
moisture forms more free Boric Acid which
combines to form crystalline platelets.
9
Step 5Crystalline Boric Acid platelets from
Crystal Lattice Structure (CLS)
10
Step 6Boric Acid Platelets align themselves
parallel to direction of substrate movement in
conformation with the substrate surface.
11
Step 7Only weak van-der-Waals forces inhibit the
interaction of crystalline layers allowing for
very low friction between the substrate surfaces.
12
Step 8Self-renewing cycle Interaction between
Boric Acid, Metallic Boroxide, Air Moisture
leads to self-replenishing cycle.
13
Step 9Extreme hardness of crystalline lattice
(85 0f Diamond) prevents metal-to-metal contact
under heavy loads.
