• The goal of this project is to redesign my home
  page to make it appealing to the eye as well as
  to inform my audience about my work

User Testing

• Is the navigation intuitive or did you get
  stuck? 
• I thought it was very intuitive. The navigation
  pane sticks out well. The one tiny thing that
  some people may get tripped up on is that the
  cursor turns into a sign when over a link....I
  did not have an issue with this and most won't
  but some, less savvy computer users may as they
  are used to the hand.

• Is the design working or does it need more? 
•  The design is simple and easy to follow. For the
  content, I think it is working. As you bring in
  more elements though, I think it should become
  more complex (but that will happen naturally). I
  think the format lends itself well to the
  content...art. Your homepage image is great and
  sets the tone.

• Should project 2 have a different design to make
  it more appealing?  
•  It would be good to some how separate the
  drawings from the black and white photos. I can
  tell which is which but a visual division would
  be nice. I like sites that have the image blow up
  to a larger size when the cursor is put over it.
  that could make the navigation here a bit more
  appealing.

• Is there anything you recommend adding? 
• I think the website is fine for it's purpose and
  content, as it develops, I could see you have
  links to your favorite artists' sites maybe
  voting buttons for visitors to vote on their
  favorite drawing maybe a bio on yourself, stuff
  like that.
