• Arizona continues to face
• tremendous growth
• 209 growth over next 15 years.
• Along with Nevada, highest in the nation.
• From 5.1 million people to 10.7 million (20th to
  10th largest state in U.S. by 2030).
• Highest growth rate of young children (.5 million
  under 5 years old).
• Phoenix to Tucson Sun Corridor 10 million
  people by 2040.

Good news in hard times

• Historically church-member giving doesn't
  necessarily decline in a recession. This probably
  has to do with the fact that churches are
  generally seen as the layer immediately beyond
  the family in terms of responsibility,
  accountability, relationships.
