3What makes a rainbow?
Sunlight is made up of many colors - red,
orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet.
When it is sunny the colors are mixed together
and appear white to the eye.
But when sunlight shines through raindrops, the
light bends and separates the colors.
4When can you see a rainbow?
Rainbows form when its raining in one part of
the sky and the sun is shining in another
part. To see a rainbow, you must face the rain
with the sun at your back.

Bubble Solution 1 cup water 1/3 cup Dawn liquid
soap 1 tablespoon of sugar
On a sunny day, go outside and blow bubbles into
the air. The bubbles will split the sunlight into
its different colors to form rainbows inside the
bubbles.

Dip your pipe and gently blow, Watch the tiny
bubble grow Big and bigger, round and
