• So you know when it is bedtime.

What is an analog clock?

• Analog clocks can come in all sizes and shapes.

What is an analog clock?

• An analog clock has a minute hand and an hour
  hand.
• The hour hand is the smaller hand and it points
  to the hour.
• The minute hand is the longer hand that points to
  the minutes.

• A digital clock only has numbers.
• There are no minute hands.
• There are no hour hands.
• The time is written as 100

Lets learn to tell time to the hour!

• Today we are going to learn how to tell time on
  an analog clock.
• What time does this clock say?

• If you said 100 you are right.
• Take your clock and put the small hand on the 1
  and the longer hand on the 12. Your clock now
  says 100.
