  • Sociological and statistical research about
    gender differences in the labour market and in
    the process of mass discharge. Focused on
    priority 4.H.

Goal of the Project
  • Survey of the real situation of gender equality
    at the labour market for women and men. Equality
    of possibilities at the labour market for woman
    and men. The above Project is oriented on the
    specification and the localisation of solutions
    and practices in the problematic of gender
    equality of women in the process of employment
    and mass discharge. Qualified results from
    research will be a  guarantee for the
    preparation of future practices for effective
    instruments and mechanisms in solving of the
    gender problematic. In this area there is a
    shortage of analytical and statistical
    measurements and it would be necessary to have a 
    relevant identification of effective and
    appropriate instruments to solve the position of
    women and men at the labour market. The research
    of the problematic of women in the job process
    will be oriented to the real level, as well as to
    factors which could have impact on the work
    employment, the equality of payment and
    remuneration, age, education, maternity problems
    in work seeking, the length of employment and
    their reasons.

  • Finding out the position of women at the labour
    market with special attention to all phenomena
    which are connected with segregation and unequal
    conditions at work and to factors which are
    connected with the success or failure in their
    application in comparison with the men
    population.
  • The main problematic of the Project is mainly
    systematic finding out of the real conditions of
    the society. The cooperation with the employment
    offices, with regions and with companies, offices
    and institutions will be inevitable.
  • Specific goal of the Project is the finding out
    of new areas in the transplantation of women in
    the work process.

Goals will be achieved with concrete activities
  • Creation of databases and the creation, as well
    as through finding out of gender different data
    at the labour market,
  • Creation of instruments for auditing of
    enterprises policy,
  • Specific research of disparities in the area of
    remuneration and gender segregation of
    professions,
  • Creation of indicators for monitoring of steps in
    the framework of the concrete areas,
  • Research which will be oriented to information
    about gender mainstreaming in different areas of
    the labour market,
  • Proposals of new models of guidance and
    motivation program in the work choice,
