Introduction

• The Columbus Zoo has room for four more animals
  in their zoo. They have asked us to help them
  decide which ones to put in the zoo. Your task is
  to form a groups of four people each. Each person
  in the group can research their own animal. Make
  a group poster to record the findings of the
  entire group.

Your Task

• Use the Zoobooks and National Geographic to help
  find information.
• The zoo needs to know
• A picture of the animal
• The habitat (where does it live)
• What the animal eats and how they hunt
• And one cool fact about the animal

Conclusion

• When you are finished, your group will make a
  poster including all of the information from each
  person in your group.
• Your group will present your information about
  your animals to the class.
• Then the class will vote on the animals we will
  report to the zoo.

• Eat At night they get out of the water and eat
  lots of grass.
• Cool Fact They live on land and water. And weigh
  3,000-4,000 pounds.
