Review Terms of Reference

• The purpose of this review is to
• determine what services currently exist
• inventory the current human resource allocation
  (FTEs)
• future human resource needs
• what gaps or inefficiencies exist
• identify the needs of stakeholders
• identify ways to make the current system more
  responsive to the needs of stakeholders no matter
  where they live and work in the province and
• ensure that our health libraries system enhances
  our ability to offer clinical services, research
  and education.
• This review is not intended to reduce services or
  personnel, but to maximize efficiency and service
  quality
• For the purpose of this review the term library
  will also be used to refer to resource centres
  within the health sector
