Appearance

• Tail is 22 to 25 centimeters.
• A wide band of black fur goes across the raccoons
  eyes.
• 5 to 7 black rings on its tail.

Habitat

• North part of Canada.
• Busy cities.
• Most raccoons live in wooden areas.
• Near water.
• North America.

• Crayfish
• Oyster
• Berries
• Acorn
• Fruit
• Eggs
• meat

Predators

• Actually the predator for the raccoon is human.

Fast Facts

• Has long been hunted for its fur.
• Used to be very calm animals but some have
  developed rabies.
• It will often fight with its own family members.
• Because of its fur it has been introduced into
  other countries.
• It is closely related to Pandas.
