Super Bowl XLI Tailgate BBQ/Party February 4,
2007 Over 150 airmen and their families show up
for this annual NON-Alcoholic tailgate BBQ and
Super Bowl Bingo party. There is a football
throwing competition during the tailgate and
Bingo and trivia is played every quarter with a
chance to win prizes. Teams also can enter and
win the chili cook-off.
The 355th Services Division is seeking support to
help defray the cost of food and prizes. In
addition to financial support, we are seeking
door prizes for participants.
Whats in it for you Touchdown Sponsor Monetary
Support of 500 or in kind donation exceeding
fair market value over 250 Recognition in the
February issue of Services Activities Magazine,
public announcement at the event, logo on all
publicity materials (posters, flyers, table
tents, sandwich boards, website), banner and
table space at the event with the opportunity to
do display and distribute products (20 or less),
pass out coupons and do demonstrations. Extra
Point Sponsor Monetary Support of 200 or in kind
donation exceeding fair market value over

end along with the hugely successful Football
Frenzy program on February 4th during Super Bowl
XLI. Desert Oasis will be one of the venues at
DM hosting a Super Bowl Party.
