There are two types of SI conversions

• The first, and more common, is converting in the
  same base unit (like meter-gtmeter or gram-gtgram).
• Ex 5000mg5g
• The other type is converting from one SI unit to
  another (cubic meters-gtliters)
• Ex 100cc (cubic centimeters) 100mL

So how does it work?

• There are again, two ways to convert.
• Because SI works in multiples of 10, we can
  simply move the decimal the number of spaces
  required.
