Mike Berman has a track record of generating
rapid, significant, and sustained results as a
senior executive across a range of b2b services
sectors. In his current capacity as COO for
Outside Ventures LLC, Mike is responsible for the
daily operations and strategic planning of the
companies within Prior to joining Outside
Ventures, Mike was the COO for Meridian Capital
Group and oversaw the daily operations and
strategic planning for one of the nations
largest, fastest-growing, commercial mortgage
brokerage. Another significant accomplishment
was when Mike became CEO and managing partner for
Rogen North American after Cpath Solutions was
sold to Rogen. Cpath was a venture management
firm that specialized in providing high-impact
services to typically small-to mid-sized
companies in the launch, improve, or post-merger
satages of their business lifecycle. During his
career, Mike has also successfully executed
several turnarounds of companies in the staffing,
logistics, warehousing, and Internet commerce
industries. With an undergraduate degree from
Alleghany College (PA) and a University of New
Haven MBA, Mike resides in Connecticut with his
wife, Elyse, and two children.


Sam Chanin has over ten years of experience in
the merchant processing industry and has held
ownership positions in many industry related
companies. As the CEO of Outside Ventures LLC,
Sam is highly focused on building a profitable
and robust distribution of merchant services
products, including credit card processing and
cash advances, through a vast sales force
spanning across the United States. Sam is the
founder of 2nd Source Funding, one of the largest
providers of merchant account financing in the
country, and he is also Co-Founder and Senior
Partner of Streampay LLC, a consortium of prepaid
products for the domestic and international
distribution and value transfer of many types of
prepaid products. Sam currently serves on a
number of Boards including The Greensheet, the
leading publication on the payment industry. A
recent endeavor brought Sam to the helm of
Co-Founder and Senior Partner of Watermatic LLC,
a leading supplier of office drinking water
cooler that provides truly efficient,
cost-effective alternatives to bottled water.
Watermatic has grown to be one of the largest
point-of-use water cooler companies in New York
City and is expanding nationwide. A graduate of
Talmudic Seminary of Brooklyn NY, Sam resides in
New York City with his wife Leba, and daughter.
Mayer Schmukler has over 20 years experience in
technology. He brings extensive knowledge of
business processes and change management to
Outside Ventures. Schmukler has been the
driving force behind many significant changes
that Outside Ventures is using to redefine the
Merchant Services Industry.  Leveraging
technology to support business goals such as
providing transparency, revenue generation and
business process optimization, Schmukler adds
value to Outside Ventures with his
customer-centered focus and forward-thinking
ideas. Schmukler reports to the CEO, Sam Chanin
and is a key partner at Outside Ventures. As an
ordained rabbi and holistic health guru,
Schmukler brings a well-rounded, holistic
perspective to his role.


Victor Cisario has extensive finance and
accounting experience with both early stage and
well established companies.  He has acted in the
CFO role for both privately and publicly held
companies since 1998 and he is a Certified Public
Accountant in the State of New York.  He joined
Outside Ventures LLC as CFO in January
2008. Prior to joining Outside Ventures LLC,
Victor was CFO for an early stage Graphic Arts
Company, Fuel Digital, Inc.. Four years later
after the Companys revenues grew eight fold he
was instrumental in successfully selling the
Company to a publicly held competitor.  During
that time he also acted as CFO and Member of the
Board for an early stage Outdoor Advertising
Company (Fuel Outdoor LLC) which was incubated by
Fuel Digital.    Victors first CFO role was
with Find/SVP, Inc., a well established publicly
held Consulting and Publishing Company.  Victor
began with Find/SVP as Controller in 1995 and was
quickly promoted to Vice President and then to
CFO in 1998.  While there he guided the Company
back to profitability after periods of losses by
implementing new management procedures and
budgeting processes.  He also oversaw the sale of
an operating unit. Victor received his BBA degree
in Accounting from Hofstra University and began
his career at Peat Marwick Mitchell and Company,
a Big Four public accounting firm.
