• AMT has jointly developed a process with the
  Consular Section to improve the probability of
  obtaining visas for
• Member Company Chinese Employees
• Member Company Customers

• Visitors Personal Information
• Name
• Title
• Company
• Address
• Passport Number
• Date of Issue
• Expiration Date
• Date of Birth
• Reason for visiting member company
• Approximate dates of travel

AMT Member sends the following information to

China Visa Process

• AMT will Issue a Letter of Invitation
• If all previous information is provided
• NOTE For security purposes each letter will be
  printed on a specially prepared security paper,
  serialized and stamped with a raised embossed AMT
  corporate seal. If copied, the word VOID will be
  clearly visible. Letters will have the original
  blue ink signature of Steven A Thiry, Vice
  President-Business Development or John B. Byrd
  III, President.
