• Diagnosis Aseptic Bursitis.
• History None
• Findings Knee Superficial and Deep
  Infra-patella Bursa. Patient with soft tissue
  swelling over the knee at the insertion of the
  patella tendon (PT) onto the tibia (T).
• Treatment US guided aspiration to exclude
  infection.
