TVTN Acceptable Formats For Logos, Pictures,
Video Audio Files

• Digital photographs or scans no smaller than
  400x300 pixels in JPEG, PNG OR BMP formats
• Standard photographic prints no larger than 8 x

• Adobe illustrator (or EPS) files for vector art
  and logos
• Digital video clips edited to exactly the shot
  (s) you want used in DV, MPEG-1, MPEG-2 OR MPEG-4
  format on a CD
• MINI DV, S-VHS, VHS TAPE OR FTP
• Audio script typed in Microsoft Word using
  Arial font size 12. This script should be 30 to
  60 seconds in length. all proper nouns must be
  phonetically spelled with proper emphasis
  indicated by capitalizing all letters in the
  accented syllable i.e. Oaklyn, NJ (oak LIN).
• Audio Clips digitized as .wav files
• We can resize or reshape to be smaller
• Please avoid pictures that are too small

Three levels of WEBUS users Moderator, Trusted
and Moderated

• Moderator-Add and delete messages at will.
• Trusted-All messages that you create and publish
  are automatically posted onto the channel.
• Moderated- When you publish a message, it gets a
  pending status until a Moderator approves edits
  or denies the message. An email is sent to the
  Moderator making them aware that a message is
  ready to be approved. Once the message has been
  approved, edited, or denied an email message is
  generated back to the Moderated user with an
  explanation.
