Jasper National Park is because it has a lot of
    wonderful attractions, scenery and historical
site. The Athabasca Falls is the most powerful and
breathtaking falls in the rocky mountains. It
flows through a gorge, where the walls have been
smoothed and transformed by the great force of
    the rushing water.

  • In Jasper, the population changes drastically
    from season to season.
  • A few years ago a census was taken and the total
number of people was 4, 697.
  • People dont stay in Jasper permanently. Theyre
always coming and going for different reasons.
  • The housing in Jasper is limited and expensive,
there isnt much space to build houses in the
    Rockies.

7
Ecosystem
  • Jasper National Parks mountain landscapes were
formed by a variety of geological events over
    millions of years.
  • The altitude difference influences its climate.
Higher altitudes mean colder and wetter. Lower
altitudes will make it warmer and drier.

Jasper is usually colder and wetter than
areas to the west.
