- How can we make ourselves healthy?
2 Germs are tiny organisms, or living things,
that can cause disease. Germs are so small
and sneaky they creep into our bodies with out
being noticed. The best way to prevent germs
from harming us, is to WASH YOUR HANDS!
3 When are the best times to wash your
hands? --before eating or touching food in any
way --after using the bathroom --after blowing
your nose or coughing --after touching any pets
or animals --after playing outside --after
visiting a sick relative or friend
4Are you "squeaky clean?"
Wash body and face with soap. Wash hair with
shampoo. Make sure all the soap is washed away
before you get out of the bath.
5- Brush your teeth after every meal.
- Brush for at least 60 seconds every time.
- Floss once daily.
- Visit Dentist regularly.
- Do not eat too much sugar.

become even stronger! - Since it can't lift weights to get stronger, it
relies on you to do aerobic exercise.

Play tag with your friends. Ride your
bike! Jump rope! Be active for 30 minutes a
day.

- Play with your pets!

- Climb a hill, or go on a nature walk with a
friend.
