15EPA NOX SIP CallStatus
- SC and numerous other states took legal action to
appeal EPAs decision - The US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit upheld
EPAs position and lifted a stay on SIP submittal - Wisconsin and Georgia-out
- Missouri-1/2 out, opens the door for Alabama-1/2
out. - SC is one of several states that plan to continue
the appeal

impacting ability of Birmingham, Atlanta, and
Memphis to meet the 1 hour ozone standard. - Final Rule calls for across-the-board reductions
