Definition of puberty

• It s the transition from childhood to adulthood
  or the sexual organ develop making the body apt
  to procreation
• We observe physical and psychological changes
• 8-16 years for the girl and between 11-18 years
  for the boy

Changes observe during puberty

• Girl
• The chest develops and can be painful
• Development of the nipple
• Enlargement of the hip
• Production of ovules by ovaries
• Apparition of hair on the pubic areas
• Apparition of first menses

• Boy
• Development of bears and chest.
• The bears and pubic hair on the chest and armpit
  starts to develop.
• The testicle descend in scrotum and begins to
  produce sperms
• On expected erection can occur
• Wet dreams can occur

Changes observe on both

• The high, the weight and muscles develop
• Development of the genital organ
• The voice changes
• The glands of the bodies becomes very active
• The glands produces much sweat witch has strong
  odour
• Development of hair in armpit and genital organ
• They become very conscious of their sexuality

  father, Boy to mother)

Menstruation

• Its the monthly flow of blood from the uterus
  trough the virginal. This period begins from
  puberty to menopause.
• Menstrual cycle Its the period of the first day
  of your menses to the eve of the next menses

Explication of the ogino methods

• The first day of the menses is the first day of
  the menstrual cycle
• The ovulation period liberation of the ovule by
  the ovary ready for fertilisation. Its takes

  or two days before or after. NB The ovulation
  day is situated between the 12th and 16th day

  before ovulation and 02 days after ovulation

  because we are working with the adolescents
