• Use alone, or after AutoForm / Wizard

• Three predefined layouts
• Uses only a single Table or Query
• Displays all fields
• (AutoForm might fail, e.g. if too many fields)
• Can change later, using Design View

• Choose a Table
• Or create a Query with the fields you want
• Do AutoForm w/ that Table or Query
• (In Forms window, click New button)
• Choose predefined layout
• (Optional adjust using Design View)
• Done
