Overall Goals

• Fiscal balance costs and revenues in balance.
• Deliver all of the Prop 400 projects in an
  efficient and cost effective manner.

May Policy Issues

• Reimbursement amount for advanced projects.
• Reimbursement treated as any other project.
• Reimbursement includes inflation allowance
• Program adjustments for revenue shortfalls.
• Projects delayed in order.
• All projects remain in program, some will go
  beyond 2025.

May Policy Issues

• Program adjustments for surplus Program funds.
• Existing projects advanced in order.
• New projects added to the end of the program.
• Use of surplus Project funds.
• Augment another RTP project in the jurisdiction
  up to 70 of costs.
• If none, then add new project in the jurisdiction
  at the end of the program to use surplus project
  funds.

  at June TPC.
