INVITATION TO JOIN THE NEW NETWORK
SALMON-TOUR   We would like to invite you and
your organisation to join the new network
Salmon-Tour.   During the work with angling and
tourism and within the EU-project EUROSAT, we
partners have found it important to emphasize
angling and sport fishing tourism in Europe. We
also want to create a sustainable development in
rivers and watercourses in Europe. The purpose is
to create an organisation with a comprehensive
view of these subjects and with a possibility to
co-ordinate different, often conflicting
interests.   The aim is to develop a network of
public authorities where salmon and rivers have a
sustainable impact within their social-economic
life.   The partners are Forshaga kommun,
Sweden, Association of the V Villas, Principado
de Asturias (Spain), Narón Municipality, Galicia,
(Spain), Kainuun Etu Oy, (Finland), South West
Regional Authority, (Ireland), Conwy County
Borough Council (Wales, U.K.), Åmot Komune,
(Norway)   As we have come to an end of the
project we now want to go on and start the new
network Salmon-tour. Please read more about the
