How to Over-Ride EM Codes in AHLTA

The Disposition Module
If you feel the AHLTA Calculated EM is
incorrect, use the Selection tab to code your
visits manually.
Click here for the drop-down list of EM
categories.

A list of all available codes for the selected
EM category will appear. Highlight the
appropriate code for the days visit, then click
the Save button above. NOTE If you return to
the Calculated tab then sign and close the
record, AHLTA will default back to the calculated
EM, not your selected over-ride.
