INTRODUCTION

• The first thing you need to do is to download
  a simple software and install it in your
  computer. It will only take a couple of minutes
  to do it. You need to have loudspeakers or, even
  better, headphones. Additionally a microphone and
  a web cam would be desirable. It will also be
  necessary to close any other applications
  especially the ones that would require the use of
  Internet in order to prevent malfunction

Step One

• The first thing to do is to download and install
  the software of 303 kb in your computer. This
  will give you access to the Conference Room.
  After you finish reading this presentation, type
  the following link on the navigator

• A small additional window will pop up
  immediately.

• Click on SAVE

Step 2

• In case your antivirus system sends a message and
  stops the downloading process , you will have to
  download it manually.
• You might get a message with a yellow icon
  similar to the one in the previous picture. You
  can download the program without any worries
  since it is completely free from virus. Click on
  SAVE. It would be advisable to have it in Desk so
  that it is easy to find.

Step 3

• The program will start downloading in your PC.
• Once it is done, you will notice a new icon
  similar to the one in the next picture 
• Now in order to open the Conference Room, just
  click on the new icon.

Step four

• Then, just when the program is opening, you will
  see a message similar to the next one. Click on
  Execute

Step 5

• To access the room, you will have to provide some
  information such as your first name and last name
  the country where you are from and who invited
  you 1.

You are ready

• Thats it.
• As you can see, it is not really complicated
  to download and install a Virtual Room so why
  dont you go over this presentation and jot down
