JSBC roadmap functional JSBC by March 31

• Working assumption problem occurs in between
  CPC700 and SDRAM
• Compare parts used for QM and FM production
  according to Dr.Yang list, due by 31 January
• Compare signal quality for data/address lines
  between CPC700 and SDRAM according to Dr.Yang
  plan, due by 31 January
• Report results of comparison at TIM/VC
• if no differences found, take a decision to
  outsource PCB production immediately
• if difference in components is found replace it
  on QM boards, run test procedure, make new
  assessment
• if difference in signal quality is found revise
  PCB layout, produce 8 PCB with the revised
  design
• If new PCBs are made, do 2 FM-like JSBC PCA
  assembly by March 1, make new assessment.
